Return Methods

You have 90 days from the date of receipt to request a return. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 10 days of delivery to ensure a swift resolution. To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the following conditions apply:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged parcel or faulty goods, you are entitled to request an exchange for a similar item or a full refund.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original, complete condition (including packaging, accessories, and manuals) to allow them to be resold as new. Please include your original invoice.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If a parcel is returned to us due to your absence or failure to collect it from a pick-up point, we will offer you the choice between a new delivery or a full refund of your order.

To initiate a request, please contact us at contact@thewisetool.com - We require photographic evidence of the issue along with a brief explanation of the inconvenience caused to your setup.

Once we verify that your request meets our criteria, we will proceed with the refund process. Returns are free of charge for the buyer; TheWiseTool covers all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that while we process returns promptly, it may take up to 30 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete.
